Due to availability of flowers and imported items, we are doing our very best to make all your selections as close as possible to what you have chosen. (Dozen roses are ALWAYS the item selected unless another disclaimer states otherwise.) Sometimes we do have to make some substitutions in arrangements, and we will always keep them in line with the overall theme of the flowers you ahve chosen. We would much rather make a high quality substitution on a flower than give a lower quality version of the 'correct' flower in the arrangement! If we feel that for any reason the substitutions we need to make are not in line with the look of the item you have chosen, we will always give you a call before we create your order.
