Flower Delivery

SEASONAL NOTICE: All deliveries are left at the front door in the event there is no answer and we will call and notify the recipient with the number provided. Summers here are very hot and humid and we cannot be held responsible if you have chosen a day where the recipient is not at home. We can certainly call ahead if requested, or wait to deliver until we recieve a call back but we are unable to deliver at a specific time to homes or wait at an address for someone to arrive. (Funerals are delivered by the time requested by the funeral home or church and take priority above other deliveries.)

Here at Flower Me Florist, we've been serving the NW part of San Antonio, Helotes, Grey Forest and Leon Valley for over 30 years. While we do want to accept and fulfill every order we receive through our website, sometimes we simply are unable to, usually because the location is not in our delivery area. In these events, we do try to find a florist we know that can help us and will automatically forward your order to them. In very rare cases, we may have to cancel if the order is simply too far away from someone, or if it is needed by a time we are unable to accommodate. (For example, our nearest  zipcode is not only a short walk away, but extends well into the next county!) We do not want to cancel orders for any reason, but sometimes we do not have any alternatives.

Due to high demand during holiday weeks, we are unable to accommodate any requests for delivery times, but we do always take schools and businesses first. If a specific time is needed, we reccomend placing your order for pickup.

We can deliver to:

-Most major funeral homes in San Antonio

-Teachers and staff at schools

-Santa Rosa Hospitals

-Apartment Offices

-Homes and businesses

We are unable to deliver to:

-Colleges and Universities

-Gravesites

-University and Main Methodist Hospital

-VA Hospitals

-ANY students at schools (per local school policy)

-La Cantera Mall and Apartments

-USAA Main Campus

As with any delivery service, we need to know if this is going to a business, if there is a gate code required to reach a home and a good number for the recipient just in case. We also deliver all apartment orders to their front offices, please verify they will accept before placing your order.

Unless notified otherwise, we will leave flowers at the doorstep upon delivery and call to let the recipient know their flowers are waiting.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we would need to know within twenty four hours if you do have any problem with your order so that we are are able to assist you.
