With all event items, we do strongly reccomend speaking to us directly to ensure we have the proper style and flowers that you are looking for. Please contact us by phone to request a consult with us in person or to request our email to send us images of what you have in mind.
When your order for an event is placed with us, we will require a down payment relative to the total cost of the services provided. Due to the customized nature of handheld bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, we cannot offer any refunds or changes to these items within two weeks of pickup/delivery, and payment must be made in full one week before pickup/delivery. (If a cancellation does need to be made before this timeframe, a 15% processing fee will be placed on the amount refunded.)
