The order process was very easy. The only part about ordering online is that you never know when or it the recipient ever receives them. It would be nice if you could get a delivery confirmation.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend's infant in the hospital. On the day the flowers were to be delivered, my friend and her son (happily but unexpectedly) got discharged from the hospital. I called to find out if the flowers had been delivered in time. The woman I spoke to (Cheryl?) was so friendly and nice about it - she explained that they had attempted delivery, but my friend was already gone! She assured me that they would try to deliver the flowers the next day to my friend's home. I really appreciated this stellar customer service - there was no hassle, no problem, no extra fines or fees. Thank you, Flower Me Florist!

I always get flower from you only and the only issue was the kind of roses were not available for our anniversary. The ones delivered were very beautiful and my wife loved them, the ones pictured were her favorite.

I've been using Flower Me Florist for over 13 years and never have I been disappointed. I recently ordered roses for my girlfriend's birthday and they were beautiful. My only issue is that when I ordered online, i typed the message to be included on the card and the message was then hand-written. I would prefer the cards to be printed, rather than being hand-written.

They called prior to delivery, as my husband asked them to, so the doorbell wouldn't wake our twins. The flowers are beautiful and very well put together. We will definitely use them again!
